CHIEF OF RESILIENCE & HSSE

KN Energies is seeking a highly experienced Chief of Resilience & HSSE to join our leadership team. As an international energy terminal operator, we play a crucial role in strengthening Lithuania’s energy independence and driving the transition towards sustainable energy solutions. This C-level position leads the execution of KN Energies' strategy, aligned with the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework, as we aim to achieve climate neutrality by 2050.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will:

• Lead and oversee HSSE functions across all KN Energies subsidiaries, ensuring a unified and strategic approach to health, safety, security, and environmental risk management on a global scale.
• Manage a team of managers overseeing Cybersecurity, Physical Security & Prevention, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Safety, Process Safety, and Fire Safety, fostering an integrated safety culture and organizational resilience.
• Ensure a proactive approach to risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, strengthening business continuity and aligning with international best practices.
• Drive strategic decision-making and risk governance, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulatory and safety standards.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders at various levels across international operations, fostering a culture of cross-functional risk ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• A university degree in a relevant field.
• Proven HSSE leadership experience, including managing large teams and leading cross-functional managers.
• Strong expertise in risk and change management.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data analysis & reporting.
• Experience in integrating innovations in risk management and safety.
• Industry experience in energy, logistics, infrastructure, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and resilience in handling challenges and decision-making.
• Proven track record in engaging stakeholders at different levels, fostering a culture of objectivity, openness, and collaboration.
• International experience relevant to HSSE functions would be an advantage.
• Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level) and proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Competitive salary: €6,800 - €7,600 gross per month, based on experience and value contribution.
