Human Resources Director
Strategic and hands-on role that provides full Human Resources support to all business units as well as service to business (office administration, managing business trips and etc).
The company is looking for a Human Resources Director that will report to CEO and will be responsible for a team of 8-10 people. Functional responsibility for HR managers in Brazil and Germany.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff.
Anticipate and assess the gaps between business needs and people systems/capabilities and use information to influence and impact the organization to drive business results.
Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
Drive innovation and digitization in HR function.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders at various levels across international operations.
Develop employer branding strategy in the organization.
Ensure that KN Energies’ culture is maintained.
Maintain up to date knowledge of all relevant legislation, implementing new or changed policies and procedures to ensure the company meets its employment law requirements.
Lead direct employees in accordance to companies policies, management and behavioral standards.
Set targets and clearly delegate tasks to employees and assure positive and motivating working environment and fluent, effective and efficient cooperation in the department.
Constantly stimulate professional and personal development of employees.
Create open, collaborative and communicative atmosphere within the company.
In respect of the ideal candidate profile:
Likely a Lithuanian, but other nationalities from Lithuania will be considered.
Fluent English and Lithuanian.
Relevant University Degree, additional studies/certificates/degrees in human resources is a plus.
5+ years proven track record in Human Resources management role.
Experienced HR person, who comes from progressive organization, preferably experience from manufacturing or infrastructure businesses.
Good business understanding and ability to see the big picture.
Able to set direction: set strategy, encourage innovation, understand the business and communicate effectively.
Skills to combine a long-term perspective with turning strategies into relevant actions and operational results.
Experience of being a member of a management team.
Knowledge of HR polices and processes, labour laws.
Knowledge in corporate governance.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record in engaging stakeholders at different levels, fostering a culture of objectivity, openness, and collaboration.
Pro-active team player with strong drive and capacity to contribute to overall performance.
Innovative, initiative development-oriented personality, a positive thinker with influencing and convincing skills.

Competitive salary: €7,500 - 8,000 gross per month, based on experience and value contribution.
