JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Commercial Account Specialist to join our team at KN Energies. This role is responsible for the preparation and smooth execution of commercial agreements in the liquid energy product segment (including oil, biofuels and chemicals), overseeing contract administration, and maintaining effective written communication with existing clients to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative and operational tasks related to client accounts.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

• Prepare, review, and manage commercial contracts, including tracking amendments and ensuring compliance with company’s objectives, industry regulations and best practices.
• Maintain smooth written communication with existing clients, providing support on contractual matters.
• Monitor and manage payment documentation, ensuring correct application of fees and charges.
• Prepare correspondence, letters and other documentation related to contract performance.
• Cooperate with internal teams to ensure efficient commercial operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, commercial operations, or a similar field.
• Fluency in Lithuanian (C2) and English (B2 or higher).
• Knowledge of contracting principles, industry regulations and best practices in client relationship management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.
• Ability to process high volumes of information and distinguish key priorities.
