Sustainability Manager, entry level (fixed term)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy in collaboration with senior team members.
Coordinate drafting and updating internal ESG policies and procedures.
Ensure the timely preparation of the annual sustainability report by collecting data, tracking key metrics, and coordinating internal information requests.
Conduct ESG benchmarking and research on trends and best practices, helping identify gaps and propose improvements.
Help maintain tools and systems for tracking progress toward ESG goals and commitments.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather relevant data and support target-setting processes.
Assist in promoting sustainability culture across the organization through communication, training, and awareness initiatives.
Coordinate with external partners and consultants on sustainability-related projects and initiatives.
Support budget tracking and resource planning for sustainability initiatives.
Monitor progress on ESG actions and help ensure timely execution of sustainability-related tasks.
Track and document company efforts to reduce ESG risks and environmental impacts.
YOU ARE THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT, IF YOU HAVE:
1–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate social responsibility, or related fields.
A university degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related discipline.
A basic understanding of relevant sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, methane regulation) and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, ESRS).
Interest or experience in ESG topics within the energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors (considered an advantage).
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal.
Ability to travel within Lithuania to visit company sites.
